CNC turning and milling for companies that need extra capacity.
We take on parts you currently have no free machine for. We machine steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and plastics, most often components for agricultural machinery, hydraulic systems and air-handling equipment.
A small family workshop where we personally check the quality of every part.

We are a small family-run workshop and we personally oversee the quality of every part that passes through our hands. Our core work is CNC turning on three lathes, complemented by milling on a Hurco machining centre. Combining both lets us handle a wide range of jobs, from simple parts to more complex components that need both technologies.
Most often we make components for agricultural machinery, hydraulic system parts and air-handling parts, where precision and reliability are a given. We focus on helping companies whose own production capacity is not enough. We are glad to take over parts they currently have no free machine for, easing the load on their production without them having to invest in new machines.
A big advantage is that you deal directly with the people who will actually make your part. There are no middlemen, so communication is fast, personal and to the point.
Three CNC lathes and a machining centre.

Two identical lathes for shafts, pins, bushings and flanges. With two machines we can split a batch or run two jobs at the same time.

For shorter parts that need more than just turning. With driven tools we drill and tap off-axis holes and threads up to a diameter of 175 mm, so the part doesn't have to go to another machine.

We use it to mill plates, brackets and fixtures, and to finish turned parts that need milled faces or holes. The 24-tool magazine shortens set-up even for smaller batches.
